While my sales experience with Tina was positive, the consistent lack of communication during the delivery and post-sales and service process make it impossible to give Excessive Carts more than 3*… they almost never answer or return calls and when they do answer, they put you on hold and forget about you altogether. Awesome experience. Tina was so helpful. The color we wanted wasn’t in stock and she was able to get it sent over the same day! Easy process, very knowledgeable . The delivery was next day and he went over all the specs of the cart and made sure all my questions were answered
